I pulled this out of my junk box... I guess I didn't realize how much  fun I had with this thing..  Notice the Radio shack inductors and the Homemade heat sink... That's a genuine Deluxe 1/4" AL3 Heatsink Mr. Douglas...(Old Green Acres Humor)...  My original Tin Tuna generated an  output in the range of  ~200-250mw depending on the PS voltage.  The  10dB amp was a follow up to the original Tin Tuna project in QST... I think it was called the Godzilla amp (UPDATE 12/6/08)  It was called the Codzilla amp.  It uses a 2n3866.  I'm seeing about 1 watt out.  The little trimmer on the left is something I added to trim the final transformer for a better quality output.  Notes:  2n5109 works better... Handles more power.
