Here is a novel way to run qrp rigs, especially when they are in a altoids can.  Use BNC connectors for the RF out.  Then use a BNC to PL259 adapter to attach to a MFJ antenna/transmitter selector like pictured below.  You can get more elaborate with switching in the power, keys, and antennas.  However, I like to keep it fairly simple.  As all amateurs know, wires and cables and cords are everywhere.   You see the common on the top left of the antenna switch  brings in the RF  into the switch below on setting C.  Out the common to the tuner we go  and down the LMR 240uf out to a vertical.  .
